@mikkelhro Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this happened. Unfortunately, Ubisoft Support is unable to alter a player's MMR or Rank for any reason, as it is issued server-side by an automated system. Again, I apologize for the frustration caused by this. Can you tell me if when this happens, your whole squad is kicked out of the match, as well?

Sorry to hear you've encountered this error code as well.
The reason you will see reports over a long period of time is because this issue can be caused by a number of reasons and in the large majority of prior instances it's been determined to have been a remote issue.
We have however received a spike in reports of this particular error code in recent weeks so this is as advised by Ubi-Milky under active investigation at present. However we first of all have to ensure that it is not a remote issue so if you haven't already done so please attempt each of the steps suggested above for your platform and if the issue persists please let us know and we'll open a support case for you so we can investigate this further for you on a 1 to 1 basis.

In the meantime, we will continue to offer these connectivity steps to players, as they may help them get back up and running. Please understand this is not us placing blame at the feet of players, more us continuing to offer potential solutions and also allowing us to investigate us by noting how many players are impacted and, if in all of these cases, normal troubleshooting continues to be of no use.
We have no further information so share from the team at the moment while this investigation is ongoing, but as and when we have more, we will be sure to share it here.

The 4-0xFFF0BE25 can occasionally affect players in the game, this is an issue that has existed for a few seasons in the game. We can not guarantee you will never see this error code and disconnection again.
