Hello! Can you please confirm if you received your reward?

I checked your Ubisoft account and your battle pass is tracking correctly and the rewards appear to have been received.

If anyone can provide proof such as a screenshot of you attaining that rank, as well as the exact date and time you should have received the pack we may be able to help you, as no two players cases are the same.
