[2020] Getting stuck on the loading screen

I used to play this game without any issues, but lately something happened. I can open the game, get to the menu, but whenever I select game mode and press PLAY button, it gets stuck on the loading screen (that 6 number in the circle on the screen). I can't even open my task manager, my PC gets stuck unless I restart it or sign out. I used to get into the match and play this game at 70-100 frames per second before. I'm not sure what happened. I'm running game and Uplay as administrator, I verified the integrity of game files, I reinstalled video drivers, my windows is up to date and I did everything related to connectivity issues that is recommended on Rainbow Six Siege website. My game still gets stuck on the loading screen. As I mentioned before I can get to the main menu, but I can't play the game. Please help me. I'm searching for methods to fix it since I know that my computer can run this game (at least it could) and I enjoy playing it. By the way, my pc specs: 8 gb DDR3 RAM, Nvidia GeForce GT 1030, 2 GB VRAM, Intel Core i5-7400 CPU 3.0 GHz and 64bit. I'm playing on lowest settings. Thanks.
