Hey, im just desperate at this point. Does anyone know why my game just doesnt load? I start it from ubisoft connect, nothing. Desktop, nothing. It just opens the loading screen with the picture (was the two sides, black and white picture) and then it just loads on forever. My pc is new with extremely high specs and idk what is happening.

@acerpenguin welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear about the continued crashing. Would you please post your full hardware specs? This will help me better assist you.

  • Example: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 16299). Intel Core i5-8350U CPU @1.70 GHx (8 CPUs). 8192MB RAM. Nvidia GeForce GTX 970


I also recommend you reinstall Microsoft C++ files as this can resolve crashing issues. Let me know if you see any changes.

Thanks for trying that and providing your specs. Could you try running Ubisoft Connect as admin and then try launching the game please?

You can do this by right click the .exe file for Ubisoft Connect before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply". 

If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and see if that force launches the game.

Thank you for trying those! This is quite an odd issue. Could I get a video showing what happens when you try to launch the game from Ubisoft Connect and what happens when you try to launch from the .exe file? Also, which drive is Ubisoft Connect and the game located on?

Sorry to hear about this issue you've been having with infinite load in R6S.

We'd like to advise working through our PC troubleshooting guide found here, which can help with common technical issues. These steps can also help us to narrow down the cause of the freezing/game suspension, should the problem remain after trying them.

Hi @SDSnakeDoc

Can you check your internet connection and try to run Conan Exiles again?
Also if the issue is still persisting, can you also try a reinstall and see if this will help?
