Idk what to do anymore im so done with uplay
Second day of no support
Reinstalled the uplay and the game
Made 12 ports(maximum i can) portforwarding
flushed the dns
Made a new hostfile
Recover before the last update on windows
I've reset my network connection
All i can do now is reinstall my windows because idk what to do anymore
Help?
I tried with the uplay support but they are so damn intellgient' that they make me always call the ISP which i did and nothing is working

Can you confirm if you're running any of your components overclocked?

If you are, can you please try and disable the overclocking software to see if this helps?

Can you go through the steps listed here, especially the part about port forwarding.
If it still happens after this, can you please upload a screenshot to your case clearly showing your ports forwarded as advised.

If those don't resolve the issue, please unlink any unnecessary account from your Ubisoft account.

Otherwise, this issue is still currently under investigation with the team.

Sorry to see you a few of you are experiencing this error code.

We are not entirely sure what causes this error code at the moment but we have a few workarounds.

Could you please try disconnecting any third party accounts that you do not use very often from you Ubisoft account here -

If you are on XB1, are you able to play the game using another account on your console?

Another fix our players came across was to change your Ubisoft username from our account management site -
https://account.ubisoft.com/

If this does not seem to help you would you please make sure to also follow all the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting -

After exhausting all of these steps please get back to us and please let us know if any helped. If none of these steps should help please could you answer the following to help send this information to the QA team to investigate -

- What were you doing in the game when you received this error code?
- How long did you have to wait before reconnecting?
- What third party accounts do you have linked?
- How often do you see this error code over the course of how many hours play time?
