Hello there, i'm a brazilian player and since the day i bought R6 (April, 2020) i'm experiencing a higher latency that the usual in my region. The regular data center is south brazil, and the usual ping should be between 60 to 80, but i'm stick to 120+. I kinda got used to it, got on my mind that i would buy Exit lag or other route optimization program, but today the default data center was changed to US, and keeps alternating between east and west.

Hey there.

Have you tried manually setting the data center to see if this helps?

Hey there,

I think as was suggested in the thread you provided, in this case we may need to see your Dxdiag, your Msinfo and your port forwarding configuration.

You can attach these to a new case which we will be more than happy to review as we want to get to the bottom of this for you
