Hello @harr097! I'm sorry those Battle Pass Challenges aren't tracking for you. Have you seen any progression on them at all or is nothing from the Battle Pass progressing?

Hello @harr097 thanks for getting back to us.

A Battle Pass challenge may take up to 24 hours for the game to register your progress in the menu, whilst the game synchronizes your game data with our server.

If you have waited a full 24 hours since taking part in the challenge, can you please let us know if your progress has now been recorded in your Battle Pass challenge menu, and if not, can you please provide a screenshot of the challenge from your menu, showing the exact name of the challenge and completion requirements, so we can send this to our Siege team to look into and report it as an issue?

Thanks for these images @harr097, I will document this issue with these particular Battle Pass challenges and look for further reports from other players

If they do happen to update at any point, please let us know so we can update the Siege team?

One other thing I would advise trying is to try reset your internet connection following the steps in this guide to see if it can help your match data sync with our server >

I would also recommend clearing the cache of whichever game launcher it is you are using, as this may have some old information stored that is stopping the game from fully updating, so it is worth trying to clear your cache folder to see if it can help this progress sync >
Delete any temporary cache files in your game launchers that may be using up resources and memory >
