Hi i have a problem with start Rainbow six siege on geforce now i send request on official ubisoft support but i didnt got any answer for my problem so i come here, i have bought r6 yesterday and i have added it to my games by activating key in ubisoft launcher but after starting it on geforce now appears a window where i have to put a activating key but after writing it appears a information that i have already activated game in library can i get some help here?

Hello, @thekozak112! I am sorry to hear that you are unable to launch Rainbow Six Siege through your Geforce now. Please try to run Ubisoft Connect as administrator to test if it helps resolve this for you. If it does not, please send me an image of the error you are seeing to help further look into this for you. Thanks!

Thanks very much for coming back to @thekozak112 - we appreciate you trying that.

We're currently investigating an issue where some games, for some players, are unable to be played via Geforce Now. My apologies that we don't currently have a workaround. If at all possible, we'd recommend playing Siege on your local machine, if you can, until we have this resolved.

I understand you've just purchased Siege. If you're not able to run it locally, you'd rather not wait until this issue is fixed, and you purchased it directly from us on the Ubisoft Store, you may be entitled to a refund. We've got a support article explaining how to go about that here.

Let me know if you've got any thoughts or questions about this at all.

Hey @TheKozak112, thanks for your response there!

I've had a closer look at your account and can see that your ticket that you've created regarding the issue is still active and hasn't been closed, however if there is no activity within 4 days, it will be force-closed by the system.

As soon as we will have further information regarding the issue that GeForce Now users are facing, it will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye and apologies about the inconvenience thys may have caused in the meantime.

I'm afraid with these kinds of investigations, we cannot provide any time frame to expect an update or fix until we have the information detailing this.

At the moment, beyond it being under investigation, we have no further news.
