Добрый день! Уже несколько месяцев наблюдаются проблемы с высоким пингом именно до ваших дата центров. Один единственный "Европа-центр" даёт играть с пингом ниже 100, остальные "Европы" 200 и более. В других играх с пингом до европейских серверов всё отлично (overwatch, EFT, Battlefield, COD и другие). Все маршруты работают идеально но только не в случае дата центров юбисофт. Нахожусь территориально в России г. Омск. И по какой-то причине до одного из японских дата центров ваших у меня пинг ниже 100, как это возможно? И началась эта канитель уже давно, очень давно. Играть невозможно.


Good afternoon! For several months now, there have been problems with high ping exactly to your data centers. One single "Europe-center" allows you to play with a ping below 100, the rest of the "Europe" 200 or more. In other games with ping to European servers, everything is fine (overwatch, EFT, Battlefield, COD and others). All routes work perfectly, but not in the case of Ubisoft data centers. I am located territorially in Russia, Omsk. And for some reason, to one of your Japanese data centers, I have a ping below 100, how is this possible? And this rigmarole began a long time ago, a very long time ago. It's impossible to play.

Hello there @Clauzz_R I am sorry to hear about this issue affecting your gameplay for some time now. I'd suggest completing our troubleshooting guide for PC here. Forwarding the listed ports for the game specifically can help to strengthen your connection to Rainbow Six Siege (even if other games do not experience similar issues). If you still see high ping I am interested if you have noticed other player's in your lobby who also have 100+ ping?

We appreciate multiple of you are reporting issues, however as you've noted, this could be linked to a multitude of causes - such as your ISP, the servers , etc.

At this stage, there is no sure way for us to tell and there's little for the team to go off.

As such, we kindly ask that you and your teammates complete the steps we've provided to you, including port forwarding (particularly to ensure it's not a matter of your ISP blocking the required ports).

Should there be no changes, please let us know and we can investigate further, but please understand that in times where there's no major degradation ongoing, we need as much information as possible from as many players as possible to be able to raise an effective investigation.
