"Something has gone wrong, please try again in a few seconds."
When i try purchase r6 credits, (I have enough money in my steam wallet), It pops up with, "Something has gone wrong, please try again in a few seconds." I have researched more about this and have tried everything but nothing has worked... I think it has to do with ubisoft redirecting to steam but i have steam overlay on and I did all the things like clean up my cache etc.. And I also wait for 24 hours and nothing change…HELP

Hey there, JROceans and Drew.RB6. I'm deeply sorry that both of you are encountering this issue when trying to purchase R6 credits. To begin, please try verifying the files for Siege to see if that makes any differences with your ability to purchase in-game content. If you continue to experience problems, it may be worthwhile to reach out to Steam Support since you're having trouble purchasing through their client.

Let me know how it goes!

Keep in mind that the 600 credits, 1200 credits, 2670 credits works fine. But the 4920, 7560, 1600 Have this error.

I tried all the steps u suggested but still the same error. Also all of my friends that have the steam are having the same issue.
Hey there.

That's strange that you're only experiencing issues with certain packs, this is the first report I've seen specifically mentioning this but we are aware of some issues purchasing credits over the last few days. These reports seem to be less frequent now, have you tested one of these packs you're saying is having issues since then? Please only try this of course if you're willing to purchase more credits.

Hey there @Mstyc_, sorry to see you're running into some trouble making in-game content purchases.

I found a support case you had opened previously to ask about these issues, that case has been reopened and updated on our end. Please take a look at the case when you get a chance!

Hey @Unsafe_! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with placing an order.

If you try to place too many orders, it may get flagged as suspicious activity. To avoid issues, could you please try waiting 24-48 hours between orders to see if this resolves your issue?

Should the issue persist after, could you please reach out to us through our Support Website or our Social Media channels?
