So i renewed my playstastion plus for 12 months with the doc byte skin + booster and it dit not show up in my account. I tried the support but all that they did is say they do not know how to help me.

The first thing we'd advise is restoring the licenses for the console, you can do this through the steps in the guide here.

The Doc skin will be added within 7 business days of your purchase of the Playstation+ membership. We apologize for any delay and inconvenience this has caused you. This shouldn't be the case for Gamepass, are you having issues accessing your Doc Byte Set?

If so, can you please ensure you've installed it on your console?
