This issue has been going on the ENTIRE year every season; router stresses, server stresses, and DDOSers. I just played a match where my team was winning, I got an ace, and immediately after that ace kept disconnecting from the game every single round until the last round when they were finally up from my team having a man down. Then, on the last round they began stresses the server to where my team experience HORRIBLE lag and the enemy team stayed at a solid 9. I recorded as much of the match as possible to publish on here. I seriously dont understand how Ubisoft has done NOTHING to counter this. Are you telling me a multimillion dollar company has such weak security on their servers that people who pay for hacker tools can stress the server and even crash games? This takes all the enjoyment out of playing. Im at the point where Im ready to quit because this issue has been going on for quite some time now and Ubisoft has done nothing to address it because to them its too hard to prove but they know the software is out there. Absolutely ridiculous, Im really disappointed in the Siege community for such poor sportsmanship and Ubisoft for sitting there with hands closed while all this happens. Absolutely ridiculous..

A short time ago we released this statement regarding the next steps we are taking to tackle DDoS and DoS issues, which have already included instances of MMR Rollback on consoles, account sanctions, and changes to matchmaking / structure, for instance. I'd recommend reading it in full, and should you have any questions or concerns about its contents, you are welcome to reply here.

We appreciate your concern and welcome any feedback or comments you may have, good or bad. We're dedicated to improving our players' gameplay experiences and all of this feedback helps us to do just that. Thank you.

We're sorry to see this happened in game.
Whilst we're unable to remove sanctions from your account, we can assist with making sure your connection is set up correctly to minimise issues like this.
Can you go through the steps listed here, especially the part about port forwarding.

Please let us know if this happens after you've gone through the steps

Hello moonboy7 and AcedApple! I completely understand how frustrating this is to encounter in-game, and I'm sorry if it has been a frequent problem as of late. I'd like to direct you both to this Status Report. It addresses DDoS attacks and how the team plans to tackle them moving forward. Additionally, you can always report these players to our team at support.ubi.com, Facebook, or Twitter. If you're able to capture any video evidence, that would be very beneficial. Thank you!

Due to the increasing contacts we get from players about this topic, I am creating a post here, asking for our Siege players help to find these types of cheaters in the game.

If you would like to help us fight back against these hackers and find them, please contact us through -

When you contact us, please remember to give us the following information -

- Mention DDoS when contacting us
- Tell us the game you were playing and what platform?
- Exact time and date of match when this happened
- Suspected hacker names (A screenshot of the leaderboard / team would also help)
- Any video clips of the match showing you being hacked / disconnected
- Any messages you may have received from these cheating players

Once you can provide us with all of this information we will be happy to pass this onto our security team from there as we should be able to locate these players after gathering this type of information, more easily.
