hello so yesterday i was in a ranked match with my mates and i was kicked and banned by battle eye i was confused but thought nothing more and got off for the day this morning i hope on hoping to play some ranked and i kicked me and stopped me from joining/starting matched battle eye kicked reason cheating but i dosent say im banned i know sometimes battle eye can flag recording softwares but i had none open just steam ubi riot vangurd and i saw a forum post with this happing to someone else and was recommand to uninstall and reinstall didnt help and my mates have told me to take it here to ask for help can someone from ubi check out my account and sort this problem for me that would be great plz have a great night everyone

I'm sorry to hear that you were banned from the session. Sometimes, if a sudden crash or disconnection happens, it might cause abandoning the match and receiving a temporary pentalty. Unfortunately, our team cannot lift them, as they are handled automatically by the system, and are lifted after they expire.

Hopefully, you are able to jump back in the action now, that your ban expired! Let us know if you have any further issues, or any other questions!
