I cannot join a match since the last update and keep getting the error code of 4-0xFFF0BDC0. I tried to unlink social media on my Ubisoftware account, reboot router and reinstall Siege, steam and uplay, none of them work. Anyone can help? Thanks in advance.

Hey, JAZZ_1025!

Thank you for getting back to us! Were you able to complete the port forwarding? I think this could help you with this issue.

Hello JAZZ_1025,

Thanks for coming back to us.

(I edited your post and removed the other pictures for privacy, just in case)

Your port settings look fine. Has there been any improvement with your connection?

If not, you can always set up the following ports for Uplay too like this -
TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008

Another trick that worked for some players who were also receiving this error code was to disconnect any third party accounts from you Ubisoft account.
You can do this through our account management site here -
https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB

Please let us know if you are still having trouble connecting.

Hey,

Sorry to hear you still have the issue. You could try switching to Google DNS as another solution. You can check Google's guide on how to do this here .
