Like in the topic i can't play rainbow six siege, im launching the game, its loading, im in this loading screen before menu and it shows me error code 8-0x00000052 i don't know why, i verificated the files, it said its ok, i reinstalled it and it still shows me same error as before, idk what to do, how to fix it, i asked my friend what he is thinking about it, he said ,,that's weird because it looks like you got banned? but you can launch it and you are like in menu so you ain't, i think siege for now is my only game to play which i would somehow enjoy. I got 2,073 hours so i think its not my computer parts. I got this problem for 3 seasons now but all of this time i had something to do so i didn't care to fix it but now i got time to play and now i care, on the begging of december 2021 i could play but only for one week, then i got back this error code. Help asap please.

@lucky-capybara I'm sorry to hear that! Could you complete the steps in this article and let me know if the issue persists?

@DiSsApOiNtMeNt That sounds frustrating, I'm sorry. Have you already tried our basic PC troubleshooting steps? They should clear up any issues with your local files.

I'd recommend that you reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website, Twitter DMs, or Facebook PMs with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag, as well as a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.

If your msinfo and dxdiag reports are in Polish yes it might be best to contact the support for your region so they can be properly understood. We have a Polish support team who will be able to help you out 🙂
