every time i click buy credits it says "redirecting to steam" then its kicks me back to rainbow six? Any help

Can you make sure you are running everything as admin? Uplay PC, Steam and the game .exe

Hi guys! Can you see if you have any other overlay options enabled? Things like Discord have been known to cause issues. I'd also recommend disabling other background applications in case of software conflicts.

Hello! Sorry to read you're both having difficulties access the in-game store.

Let's start by putting our game in the most ideal scenario, to see if this helps.

- Enable Ubisoft Connect's overlay
- Enable Steam's overlay
- Disable all background applications: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063761
- Try making the purchase

Let me know if that helps! If so, it may be a matter of narrowing down which application is conflicting.
