Hello everyone,

I was just banned earlier today for cheating, when I don't cheat at all, I've even had a negative ranked and normal k/d for quite some time. So I'm not sure what exactly happened but I know ubisoft support won't do anything about it, so I continue to BattleEye services to request an appeal for my ban and realize all my friends are saying they lost A LOT of MMR because we played ranked together and I was considered a cheated so they lost a lot of MMR, some lost 500, others lost 800. It's devastating to say the least as this was gonna be our last Rainbow Six: Siege season. But of course Ubisoft in someway or another had to ruin it.
If you've had a similar experience let me know. It's possible maybe something on my computer caused it? But I only use an Overlay so I don't see how it would.

I got slapped with a Game Ban on Steam and that's it. No Mail from Ubisoft and most importantly, my UPlay Account that is actually used to play R6, WAS NOT BANNED! I did log into it and managed to queue for a game! No notification, no red banner, nothing. Perfect standing.

So I wrote a ticket, and a couple hours later I got a mail from Ubi. Was it a response to my ticket? Nope! I got a mail notifying me that now, many hours after my Steam ban, my UPlay account was banned for 15 days for Cheating. Ignoring the extremely perplexing decision to ban an alleged cheater for a mere 15 days instead of permanently, why did it take 5 hours after my Steam Game Ban to take effect? Furthermore, I am under the impression that Steam Game Bans are permanent, and the 15 day period obviously isn't, so did Ubisoft just brand my Steam Account permanently during this debacle?

I would really like this to be resolved, and I would especially love the Game Ban from my Steam page to disappear. I understand that many other people were hit with the exact same ban behavior as me in the last 24 hours, most of them haven't touched the game for weeks/months just like me.

We can investigate these bans further for you but we cannot discuss these over a public forum. Can I ask you all to create a support case if you haven't already done so please?
