everytime i play for an extended period of time when i close the game, it gives me the "you've been logged out due to inactivity" (example below), despite me being very much NOT inactive.
it also results in my data being unable to sync, so i have to start the game up again to sync it.
i've also experienced once just outright being kicked off the game, as if i lost internet connection (again with the inactivity message after the game closed down), but my internet worked fine everywhere else.
It's been an issue since the new Y7S2 update went live. never happened before that.

Hi everyone! Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue with disconnects due to inactivity. This looks like a Ubisoft Connect related issue, especially since it's also happening with some other games!

Could you please make sure to reinstall Ubisoft Connect and clear it's cache to reset any incorrect settings: https://www.ubisoft.com/help/article/000063173

After that please ensure that both Ubisoft Connect and the exe file of the game you want to play, have admin rights enabled by default: https://www.ubisoft.com/help/article/000060505

Thank you for following Ubi-Aurons troubleshooting steps above for Ubisoft Connect logging you out due to inactivity.

Could you please try the following steps that have helped other players who encountered Ubisoft Connect log them out unexpectedly? Please try each step one by one and test using Connect afterwards >>

  • Disable any hibernation or sleep settings on your computer
  • Delete the following file >> C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Ubisoft Game Launcher\user.dat

Hey @swerveaux! If you are still running into the behavior where you are being logged out with the "remember me" checkbox selected, I recommend reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect client to ensure you have the latest version of the launcher installed. If you still get the behavior once you have tried that, please get back to us in a separate thread to check this out with you further to avoid crossing issues.
