In order for us to get a better idea of what may possibly be causing it, can I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. I understand that issue doesn't occur each time you play, so with that in mind, have you noticed anything in particular that may help us to reproduce the issue on our side if needed, such as any actions in-game or map you're loading into that will trigger this? Any details will be useful!

In the meantime, if you haven't already, try completing steps outlined in the following article and let us know whether problem remains.
