Hello Lion_Tacos,

In answer to your question, no this is not normal behaviour for the game it usually means there is a corrupted save file, but this is not related to the Shadow Legacy update, but it is a common issue for players.

Just to confirm with you, have you been able to back up your local and cloud save and then delete them completely and try launching the game?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\*uplayid*\635 (Uplay + Epic)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\*uplayid*\1843 (Steam)

The cloud saving feature is automatically activated when you start a game (You can also save your games locally as well by unticking this in the options)

I would also try deleting Uplays cache too if you haven't already, please view this link on how to locate the folder -

Next please also verify your game files again here after deleting the cache -

Next try launching the game again and setting up the operators, make sure to play situations mode to save these settings.

Here on the link you can see I have FMG 9 skin equipped but it doesnot show on the menu screen .Is this a new bug cuz I am experiencing this only after doing the file deleting thing that you people mentioned to fix head gear and uniform problem. BTW that is fixed as far as I have seen. So what can I do about the new issue?.

Can I check whether this seems to be a visual bug whereby you are able to select a loadout and it works albeit not show in the menu?

Thanks for confirming, did you also run through some Situations to lock in your settings?

When your loadouts reset per each new launch of the game, do you notice any odd behaviour when the game boots up at all?

Any loading taking longer than usual?

I've noticed various other players reporting this has started since the Golden Gun update, is this also the case for you or have you noticed that the loadout issues are worse when there is an event running?

I went to the game and found same issue remines.

Everything is exactly same as it was in the video of post #14

Only the game version changed.
It is still under investigation I'm afraid, so those patch notes will have been referring to something else.
