I can't connect my id game.I haven't been playing games for more than 5-7 years,which found that the ID name has been changed, similar to being hacked and concluded that entering the game, found a suspended message.And I want to fix the problem?

If you have been permanently suspended, you are able to appeal the decision, however in order to do so, I will ask you to reach out to us via one of the following channels, as it's something that we're only able to discuss with the owner of the account:

1. Support website
2. Facebook
3. Twitter
