I watched 4 hours of the twitch streams for the R6S esports pack and preceded to claim it on the twitch app. I made sure that i linked the accounts before hand and went to check the drops inventory on my linked account and it said I had none. I checked the twitch faq and it basically told me to ask Ubisoft about it so here I am. I went through all the faq and it seems i did everything right and all i want is my drops.

I've looked up and can see that you've created your ticket just yesterday. As it stands, we're currently dealing with high volume of contacts so a slight delay is likely to occur before we're able to respond.

As is stands, there is on-going issue where your Twitch rewards are delayed before you receive them in-game, however sooner or later you should get them. Regardless, apologies about the inconvenience this may currently cause and if you have any other questions, let us know!

Hello Pimbador1623, we have now been informed that all players who were eligible for Drops and packs, who had the necessary watch time, have now had their rewards pushed to their accounts after a small delay.

If you did not receive a certain drop on your Twitch Inventory page - https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory

This would mean that you did not watch for the eligible amount of time. Without the item appearing in a players drop inventory as proof, we would be unable to add these to our players accounts.

As for the duplicate items in SI packs, this is not a bug, this is intended, players will be able to complete the full set again later in the year, when the postponed SI event continues with more packs and charms.

No worries ZxrQ.UbiZ, thanks for the update!

Going forward Twitch has introduced a feature where all viewers must 'claim' their Twitch Drop form the Twitch Drop Inventory page 24 hours after the campaign, not stream send.

After a further 48 hours after 'claiming' the drop, it should then be delivered to you in your game.

Hey there, bennny78. Thanks for reaching out with this, sorry to hear you've had trouble receiving your drops. I'd like to have you create a new ticket with out dedicated support teams, who will be able to have a closer look into these missing drops with you.
