This is something we're currently investigating, so I would like to get some more information so that I can get it added to the team's report. Could you let me know which item specifically you had a duplicate of? Also, is this the first time this has happened when opening the bravo packs, and has it happened again since? Thank you!

Hello @Jackplayer thanks for this detail, I have seen a similar report in the Steam forums.

If you ever need to check your inventory, we can do that for you if you give us the date and time you supposedly received a Bravo pack over this link > https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact

We can check for any Bravo packs you think you may be missing and if and what reward was given.

The duplicate Bravo packs are still under investigation.
