I linked my Twitch and XBox accounts to Ubisoft back in September and I still haven't received my Twitch Prime loot. Anyone having the same issue?

Hey hedgesquinn. I'm sorry to hear this! Have you tried contacting our team at support.ubi.com? They'd be able to investigate your account to see why you have not received this content.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Twitch Prime loot.

If you have claimed the loot on the Twitch Website and still have not received it in-game after 24 hours, please reach out to our Support team and they can chase this up for you.
