So I've been waiting the past week for live chat to open, which it hasn't, just gave up and went to make a support ticket but then saw this when I went to submit it:
So that's awesome, closing both methods of support is smart.
I stopped playing the game a while ago, before uplay turned into ubisoft connect, and recently came back to the game. However, I quickly noticed something was wrong, my microphone was not being picked up at all in-game.
I have gone through this (https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Ar...oubleshooting/) entire support page multiple times now and nothing helped fix it.
There is nothing wrong with my microphone either, every thing else I test it in (discord, browser, many other games) all work perfectly with it. Rainbow 6 siege is the only singular program that has any issues with it.
My microphone is a blue snowball ice (white) and its the exact same mic and setup that I had previously used when I played before, and it was working fine then.
