I noticed this problem a few weeks ago where there is no music in the loading screen and whenever I join a match, I cannot hear anything that the operator has to say ("locate and defuse the bombs", "one operator remaining, etc.). I thought it might just be my PC, but when I logged onto my dad's computer the same thing was happening with my account. I also noticed since the drop of this new season, the grim headgear have been glitched to an extremely dark color (the new Oryx halloween headgear as well). I have no clue what the issue is as I've uninstalled, reinstalled, verified integrity of files, and more to try to fix the issue. I've attached photos of the skins in question below. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Specs: MSI GTX 970, Intel Core i5 4690k, MSI z97, GSKILL RIPJAWs DDR3 16gbs)

Hi there @HadesCorner thanks for posting to bring this to our attention. Sorry to see these visual and audio issues happening recently. I do see from your other thread you mention using an MSI GTX graphics card. If you haven't already I'd suggest to ensure that your GPU and soundcard are fully up to date. To find out what graphics card drivers you currently have:

• Select the Start button on your taskbar. 
• Type "run" into the search bar and open the Run application.
• Enter "DxDiag" and press enter.
• When the results show, select the Display tab to view your graphics drivers.

You will be able to find the latest driver for your card on the card manufacturer's website. During the installation process you may also see the option to perform a clean installation of only the most recent driver. I would recommend to clean install the update before checking back in game.

@HadesCorner Thanks for getting back after trying that out! I am finding a few more reports of the Operator sounds being missing so I have passed along your information to our game teams to investigate further. While they review into this report regarding your sound can you next please open a support ticket on our Help website for our agents to help resolve this graphical skin glitches? Providing them with your system files using our guide here would be immensely helpful.

Thanks for the update @HadesCorner - I can see we responded to your case on the audio issue (I've removed your Case ID from your last post for security reasons).

Could you please update your case when you're next available, as well as include your DxDiag and MSinfo files?
