Friends and I can not see eachother online. This happens from time to time and has become frustrating. Is there anyone else experiencing this?
Today it has been all day. We all live in different locations and there doesn't seem to be anything online about it.

Thank you for posting! I appreciate that this can be frustrating when trying to play with friends online. Would you be able to carry out the following troubleshooting to ensure that you're maintaining a stable connection between yourself, the game and your friends:

If you'd also forward this guide to your friends too this would be much appreciated. An error on one PC can cause issues across the group, so it's best to make sure all players involved have carried out these steps.

Thanks for your reply f_afa, sorry to see your friends are still appearing offline.

Can you let me know if you are using Windows 10 and if your OS is fully updated? If you are using an older version of Windows prior to Windows 10, you may not have the full functionality of Ubisoft Connect, as you may need to enable TLS 1.2 as explained in this guide >

Some functions such as chat, friends list, or game invites may not be available on Windows OS prior to 10, because of security reasons.

I would also ask you to make sure you have Ubisoft Connect installed and not the previous Uplay launcher, as it is no longer updated and could be causing issues also >

Thank you for letting us know you've tried those steps, I am sorry to hear that they did not work for you. The video you have uploaded may prove very useful, but we can not view it at the moment. Are you able to check the video is not set to private in its settings?

Hey there @LordLucifers,

I understand your friends also appear as offline on the Ubisoft Connect launcher. Have you tried doing all the troubleshooting steps previously provided by my colleagues on this thread, by any chance? These could fix the issue you're experiencing!

Hey @TheKing42798 ,

Are you attempting to invite an Xbox Friend to play Rainbow Six: Siege with you on PC?

As if so - cross-play isn't supported so this wouldn't be possible.

If you're inviting each other both on Xbox, this should be possible via the Xbox Friends List.
