So no matter how may times I go through the 2 Step Verification process I'm not allowed to enter the Ranked playlist. I've done as I was asked, enter in the code received from my email to verify my account, and then restart Rainbow Six: Siege, but every time it asks me to do it again. I could just be doing it wrong as the given instructions are very unclear.

Thank you for contacting us.

We are not aware of any issues regarding players unable to play Ranked in Rainbow Six: Siege if they have 2-FA enabled on their account in order to play Ranked games.

Please make sure you have enabled 2FA on the correct Ubisoft Account and please note that if you do see in-game notification saying that "0 security is active" despite 2-FA being enabled - this is only a visual issue that we are looking into.

Hey! We will need to look into your friends account further, however, we are unable to do this over the Ubisoft Forums.

We ask that they contact us on Facebook or Twitter though. Alternatively, they can also create a support ticket to get support over email.

Sorry to hear you having issues with playing Ranked.

Please make sure you are enabling this on the game account you have the game (PC) or your Xbox/PSN account is linked to (Xbox One/PS4).

Hey there.

It's probably been activated on a different account. Easiest way to tell is to compare your username on the website to that which is on Uplay or in-game, if they're different then you'll need to login to the account you're playing Siege on and activate it again on this account.
