Hello. I just entered a ranked match in the game and I was kicked out of the game because I was waiting on the loading screen. When I try to connect back to the game I get error code 4-0xfff0be25. I got banned for 24 hours because of your game mistake and I am very angry right now.

Hello @youneverknow I am sorry to see you received a ban for a disconnection from the game. This error code is known to us.

If we ever have maintenance, degradation, or outages on our game servers or services, that may affect our player's ability to connect to our games, we will most likely create a temporary notification banner at the time of its event, on our Help website here > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help

Hello everyone, sorry to see you a few of you are experiencing this  4-0xfff0be25 error code.

This error code has been reported to us previously and some work was carried out in the background to help prevent this from affecting players.

Could you please try disconnecting any third-party accounts that you do not use very often from your Ubisoft account here, as this was known to sometimes solve issues with the 4-0 error codes? > https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/account-information

If this does not prevent the error code from appearing, would you please make sure to follow all the steps in our connectivity troubleshooting guide per platform, as this contains the most common steps for improving a players connection to the game >
