First of all I'd just like to clarify for everyone, to make sure there is no mistake -

Error 3-0x00030081 - A connectivity error that we can resolve through troubleshooting

Error 3-8x00030081 - This error means that your game's version is not up to date, so make sure all game updates have been installed.

Do you mean you cannot update the game? If so is it that you're unable to login to Uplay or is that the download isn't starting or is it a totally different issue? Thanks.

Hey,

If the game isn't launching for you, you can just try verifying the game files instead of reinstalling the game.

In Uplay - Select "Properties" located underneath the "Play" button and then select "verify files"

In Steam - From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache.

Hey,

In Epic Games Launcher - To verify the installation of game files, navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots. Then click verify.

If you still have an error code after this, please can you confirm which one you see?
