In the middle of a game, without killing anyone in a recently started game, it detects me hacks, how the hell can it be that it tells me that I use hacks when I try to report toxic guys / cheats they don't do that to them?

I was gonna post a ticket about that but seeing that it takes for ubi to even respond to tickets, i thought its not a big deal someone played on my account let it be . But then obviously i got banned for whatever happened which i dont even know cause i coulnt even access my game for a complete day. They could get my claim verified by Valve/Steam cause i had to send a ticket to them as well for account recovery and they sent me a mail with my recovery information too.
But now obviosuly i posted a ticket about the same and am hoping to get a positive reply from ubisoft .
