Re bonjour, le lien pour ajouter du contenu ne marchant pas je vais le faire grâce a ce ticket. Comme dit précédement mon jeu rainbox six siege ne peu etre lance car lors du lancement grace au raccourcie du bureau, l'on me demande un code de lancement. Or je possédait deja le jeu il y a plus de 4 mois. Sur le launcher, le jeu est grisé et je n'ai que la possibilité de le desintaller. Je voudrai pouvoir récuperer mon compte et mon jeux ( avec ma progréssion) .

1) C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

Can you see more than 1 profile ID here for more than 1 account? If so, please can you copy and paste the profile ID's in the ticket so we can check those accounts? You may also provide a screenshot of those.

2) Alternatively, if you can tell us any other usernames or email addresses you have, we can search for those to find any other accounts you own where the game may have linked to.
