So I've gotten this issue out of the blue. Pretty much, Siege drops to 1 FPS and freezes mid game for 1 second than goes back to normal. This happens around 3-4 times a match. This is really annoying because it happens a lot during gunfights. I've attempted a lot of thing that I could find online but none of them worked. Please, how can I fix this?

Hey there.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'll certainly do my best to try and resolve this for you. Can I ask you to attempt each step suggested here first of all please to see if this helps at all?

Hello! Yes, we will do everything we can to figure this out.

- Can you please list the hardware in your PC?
- Which monitor are you using?
- What is your average FPS before it takes a sudden plummit?
- Did you happen to notice if your CPU or GPU usage went very high when the issue occurred? Task manager or a similar alternative may help with that

This is unusual but we'll figure it out

Hey there!

Have you given the steps in our guide a try yet?

Can you also monitor your CPU / GPU usage and let us know if you're seeing the same behavior as Rough.Baguette?

Thank you!

Thanks for the reply!
Thank you for your additional response.

I think in this instance it would be beneficial if you could send us your System files.

This will allow us to investigate this in more details to help find a solution.
