Apologies for the frustration - can you provide some details about what exactly isn't working?

Is it the launcher? or your city not loading?

I think your game is working with your CPU and gtx 1660 don't work with game or don't recognize the R6s as a game.
Hey guys,

The suggestion of installing graphics card drivers is exactly what I would suggest here also.

Steps on how to do this can be found here.

Hi there, the error message you are describing usually occurs when you are trying to launch a game from your Steam library which is already linked to another Ubisoft account. So we can investigate this further can I ask if you could contact us with the information below via our social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook :

1) an image showing your steam ID which you can locate using the following FAQ
2) an image showing the proof of purchase which you can find by clicking on your username in the top right corner of your steam client and clicking "Account Details" and then "View Purchase History"..
3) an image showing your "Ownership" folder which you can locate here : C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

To confirm this would need to be a full screen image clearly showing the above information along with, your Steam username and system clock for verification.

If you do not have access to any social media services or do not wish to send this information via these platforms, you can also provide us these details by creating a support ticket and upload the requested images as advised here.

@icedoutcortex Hey! We greatly appreciate you reporting this issue.

We can confirm that this issue was resolved and you should always receive renown for completing a round.

Please keep in mind that there can be a small delay in delivering renown so you might see it not directly after finishing a game.

@icedoutcortex As advised this is a visual error and you still are receiving renown on the server side.

@soggywaffie Hey there, GeForce Now is not a program that would cause a ban to occur. I recommend creating a case on the Support Portal to file for a ban appeal. The team will be able to look into this with you. You can also reach the teams via private messages on social media:

Hey there @awqrthn , thanks for your post about this. My apologies for the delay in responding. I've moved your post across to our Player Support forum now, so I can answer it. I understand you've not been able to launch Extraction due to an authentication error - sorry about that!

When a Ubisoft game is launched from Epic or Steam, it prompts you to log in to Ubisoft Connect to link it to your account. I gather from what you've said that you'd accidentally linked it to your friend's Ubisoft Connect account. In this case, I'd recommend asking your friend to contact us directly, as we'll need to verify their ownership of that account in order to help. They will be able to contact us from any of the links below.

Open a support ticket with Ubisoft Help
Send a Twitter DM to Ubisoft Support
Send a Facebook PM to Ubisoft Support

With any further questions about this, I'd recommend also using the links above to contact our team directly. This is because, with account and ownership questions, we're limited by data protection rules here on the public forum, so we can't discuss your account here. It's best to contact us in a private chat at the above links with questions on these topics 🙂

Let me know if you've any other questions at all!
