I logged into siege earlier today and noticed that some of my headgears and uniforms were gone. I had uniforms and headgears for ela zofia dokkoebi vigil jackal lesion ying Mira and theyve vanished! Anybody else having the same issue?

Hey everyone! I'm moving this to the Console subforums for better visibility. In addition to that, I'd like for you all to answer the following questions. Our teams are actively investigating this issue, and we'd be glad to include your information for them:

- Do you have the Year Pass? If so, which one?
- Which exact items or Operators are missing? Please be as specific as possible.
- Were you sharing your account with profiles not on the same console?
- What platform are you playing on?

its_ink, please also try restoring your licenses to see if that helps with your missing Year 1 Operators! As for your missing pro-league bundles you have game-shared, players can share Year Pass Operators with profiles on the same console, but not additional purchases.

AlreadyArab, you had mentioned missing the Year 2 uniforms and headgears, do you own the Year 2 Pass as well or is it just the passes for Years 3-5? Also, are you game-sharing the uniforms with your friend?

As game-sharing is not something that is officially supported, there can be inconsistencies with the sharing of content.

@nobster45654 Can you check out this FAQ? It has information related to purchases and sharing in there.

Please include a list of what you purchased, where you purchased it, what currency you used and when you did that. If you have any images/video that show the purchase or you using them on your account, please add these as well.

The missing Blackbeard uniform is something the team are aware of and is under investigation.

We don't have any further information at this time but keep an eye on the Forum for updates!
