I did account unification from my PSN account with my PC account, but all the items I had on PSN were not transferred to my account here on the pc. I don't know if it takes a while to go through things or if it's direct, so I'm contacting you to find out more about this situation.

Hey @YANZIND3LAS! Welcome to Discussions! Sorry to hear you're missing items that were originally on your PlayStation version of the game. To be sure, did you previously have your PSN account linked to a different Ubisoft account?

For this sort of issue I'd suggest opening a support ticket with our teams. When opening your case please check to make sure that you include all information from Ubi-Milky's answer on the thread here where we have been tracking this issue.
