I got random freezing every matches since neon dawn or maybe steel wave i think. the freeze lasts 3 seconds or more. before the game freezing, i got mouse stutter and slightly fps drop for a second, and after 5 seconds or more i got that freeze. also i have mic bug. i always reinstall the game every seasonal update and sometimes verify the game too, but the problem still won't gone. how to fix it?

Also, for your microphone issue, did you only start experiencing it after the Y6S2 update? Are you able to test out open mic when using a headset or different microphone? I've received very few contacts who use tethering, so I'd like to know more about the behavior you're experiencing with it.
