There's a bit of a degradation that's still affecting some things like login and store services. Try restarting if you purchased packs, and once the degradation is resolved you should be able to open them more smoothly.

We are working to manage the perception of who is/is not currently a dev on the game. Players who see a dev charm + skin in game have certain expectations that this is an employee from Ubisoft and has ties to the current game team.
The dev charm and weapon skin is not used as a way to credit a past dev’s contributions to the game. This is more accurately represented in the game credits and personal portfolios of everyone who has worked here.
I also do want to touch on the cheaters issue. We do have something to share soon, and we want to make sure we’re communicating tangible tactics we have coming up! Thank you for all your patience.

For those that don’t understand, this kind of Rainbow with the phrase "Ça va bien aller" has become a symbol for the coronavirus fight here in Québec. It’s a mean of supporting the people, especially children, that are very anxious about the pandemic.
