You do get MMR when you play against a banned cheater. The MMR rollback you are seeing is an accumulation of MMR from multiple banned players. You can learn more about the system here.[rainbow6.ubisoft.com]

Ban appeals need to be done through the support portal directly.[support.ubi.com] We cannot assist with ban appeals over the forums.

We do not recommend purchasing multiple copies of the game under the same account, as it can potentially cause content issues. The only workaround would be to purchase R6 credits instead and use them to purchase the other operators you are missing.

Moving this to Player Support! That error message usually means you are signed into the incorrect Ubisoft account. Can you provide your ticket number as a reference?

The team is working on a fix for when you start a match with less than 10 players. I don't have an ETA for the release but it should be soon!

It would be great to have rain/storm,Snow and it effects our gameplay. Snow would make it harder to see enemies outside. Rain could be shown as rain drops on our screen.

Weather effects are an interesting suggestion. I don't know how much it would impact gameplay since most of it takes place inside of a building. I guess it could alter natural lighting during storms?
