Those are all noted in the Known Issues list. Have you been reading the blogs that we have posted recently? You will find some exciting information in there regarding Hit Registration.

Lighting will be improved upon in the next patch as well. ...

If you now have a severe FPS drop make sure your discrete GPU is being utilized and not an onboard GPU (primarily laptop users).
From NVIDIA Control Panel:
3D Settings-> Manage 3D Settings
Tab "Global setttings"
Preferred Graphics Processor
Select: High performance NVIDIA processor

Another option to try if the above doesn't work: Documents > My Games > Rainbow 6 Siege > GameSettings.ini > Change "GPUAdapter=0" to "GPUAdapter=1"

We are aware that Steam users are currently unable to retrieve the Ruby Weapon skin. There is an issue with the current game build that is preventing the redemption, and we are looking into different ways to fix this.
