Thanks for reaching out! Smurfing is a topic the team has been looking into recently. We are trying to understand the motives behind having a Smurf account to understand why players are opting for a second account.
Do you consider there to be a difference between Smurf accounts and alternate accounts? I personally think that alternate accounts are used for the purpose of not being recognized (mostly for Streamers or Pro Players), while Smurf accounts are to intentionally play in an Elo that is not your own.

Thanks for the suggestion! According to some content creators her rifle can penetrate through the windows on Plane. I'm fairly sure this is intended, but I can double-check on this!

Please remember to report any toxic players through the in-game report button or our Support Portal[support.ubi.com] via a Conduct Report, even if it isn't in a language you completely understand. You can at least report players for abusing teamkilling. Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion! The idea of changing the colors would provide a small personal touch. It reminds me of how you could adjust crosshairs in Overwatch.
The bit about completely removing crosshairs is an interesting suggestion I haven't seen mentioned before. How do you think this would impact the current state of the game? Do you just not use the crosshairs when you play?

This is true. There are a few ongoing matchmaking issues the team has been looking into at the moment.
On the other hand, we've also noticed an increase in reports for players abandoning matches. The tough part about this issue is it is hard for us to determine why the player disconnected. The system can't understand morally why the player has left, it can only tell that the player left the match. As the others have mentioned, it is possible they don't normally play Jager or just don't understand how he works. I haven't played a whole lot of Jager, but I at least try to put his gadgets down near windows or doorways.
It may be nice to ask if you would like a gadget in a specific area, which would then teach that player decent spots to put the gadgets in the future.

Do you have a video? Have you tried checking your drivers for an update?

Will there ever be a map preference setting?
Or is that too hard to implement?

Thanks for the suggestion! I do not have any information if this is planned to be implemented, but I can pass the suggestion on to the team for review! It has recently been brought up as a suggestion to replace the map rotation system.

You should have the option to reconnect back to the match as long as the match has not ended. I will be moving this thread to the support forum to be looked into!

Siege does not have a story mode. The closest you will get is the Situations, which are similar to tutorials, and technical Terrorist Hunt. The main focus of the game is PvP.
