I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. As always, we strongly recommend using the in-game report buttons to report abusive behaviors. If you have any screenshots or videos, you can submit a Conduct Report[support.ubi.com] with them attached.
Alternatively, you can also use the mute options on the leaderboard. There should be an option for both voice chat and text chat.

Ive disconnected and rejoined like 10 times in a row because it keeps giving me favela. Why in the world did you ever put these awful maps back into the game? House, favela, tower, yacht, plane and bartlett shouldnt exist.

What would you change about these maps to make them more enjoyable?

I also dont get why we cant just pick our own maps like in CS. I should be able to just check the bad maps off

How do you feel events would benefit from having the "Vote to Kick" option removed? Removing that feature would prevent players from kicking out a toxic player.

Technically with almost each season IQ gets a slight buff considering her device is able to spot Warden, Nokk, and Mozzie gadgets. What specifically about IQ do you feel needs a buff?

Hey Benny! Hmm... both operators are really good at what they'd do, but I would say Zofia. Her weapons are better (in my opinion) and she's an entry fragger. Dokk is a little more methodical with her approach and if you pair her with a Sledge, roamers have a harder time with flanks and getting the drop on the rest of your team.

I feel like the terms "worst recoil" is subjective. I have a difficult time with both Buck and Blackbeard's ARs but a buddy of mine has no issue with either. Both guns are like a laser when he uses them, and its utterly insane.

Sorry for any confusion caused! Much like what Alex said, there have been some changes on what is included with Siege. The original 20 ops are no longer included in any version of the game, and are now purchasable with small amounts of renown. But you still get the other perks such as the packs and credits!

There is a very helpful FAQ[support.ubi.com] that goes over every edition available.

That would be up to Steam Support I'm afraid. Sorry about that! At least you will have early access to the new operators next season!

Those specs should be able to run it, however the performance may not be great. As many others said, the RAM could be an issue. We do have an FAQ[support.ubi.com] with the minimum requirements for Siege that you can reference! :)
