Hey StronGz! Thanks for taking out the time and being thorough with what steps you have taken to resolve the issue. I have a few troubleshooting steps to try down below.

1. Disabling full screen optimization on RainbowSix.exe:
You can do this by finding RainbowSix.exe in the games main directory or even on the shortcut if you have it on your desktop. Right click .exe and click properties & select compatibility tab. Check the box that says ''disable full screen optimizations''

2. Try optimizing the game via GeForce Experience. In Nvidia's GPU's control panel window there is an option to choose for which app - which graphics processor to use.

That feature exists as a way for players who are connected to the wrong datacenter to switch back to the one closest to them. We covered this topic on our FAQ [support.ubi.com] if you're interested in learning more about it.

As Sybec mentioned, it essentially is supposed to wipe matches with the banned player as if they never happened. Therefore, any MMR you gained or lost was reversed. For some players, the amount they lost may have been less than the amount they gained by playing against a banned player.
