I'm sorry that you are having issues with the game! Has this happened previously? Regardless, please try verifying your game files and testing the game again:

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If there are any issues with the game files, those steps should sort it out. If the issue persists, please let me know! :)

The versions are often determined by your location. You can contact Support to see if there is a way to add the language!

Friendly fire is in the game to provide a more immersive and real experience. It encourages careful placement of your shots and awareness of your teammates, which makes cooperation a must! I can understand that this can sometimes cause problems, especially while solo queueing. We are constantly changing the way RFF works, and always appreciate feedback!

They haven't been removed entirely! We've just created a map rotation for ranked and will be switching up the rotation soon!
