I hope so just don't let them be rifle ammo rated like in EFT. For example the fast helmets visor is only impact and pistol round rated
I'm glad that the visors in Tarkov work the way they do, otherwise there'd be no point to using them. Thankfully in our game, if we implement visors, a lot of the suspects use low caliber sidearms/weapons early on (or draw them in certain circumstances).

They're exclusive to the supporter edition. The weapons themselves are not any "better" than the guns you get in the standard edition. However, there are some slight changes such as tritium sights for the FBI G19, and a wider viewport for the FBI Shield (by about ~10cm on each side or so). Both changes are marginal for gameplay, though they could technically give you an advantage.
