Sorry to hijack the thread, but there is a bakkesmod plugin that helps with this called instant suite.
You can set your settings how you like, I personally enable instant leave and instant queue. The bugged menu does not stop it from working. You can also set timeouts so it's not totally instant.

For folks who are encountering this specific soft-lock , disabling Bakkesmod should resolve this issue
