I know plenty of folks have said it already but in case some new folks see it here: For smurfing, use Match Throwing or Griefing.

Frankly, getting any report at ALL is important to us as it helps refine our processes, but Match Throwing or Griefing is the correct category.

No gifting system as of yet, though we've seen folks ask for this previously! It is something we're interested in doing in the future!
