Can you guys add stricter bans to casual and also free play. If I leave casual multiple times a day, I should be banned for 2 hours, then 4 then 8, etc. Exponential bans. Thanks

The bans do increase with each step, but multiple hours is pretty excessive, yeah? Penalties like these need to be a balancing act of punishing bad habits while also not overly punishing infrequent offenders.

Others have brought up good troubleshooting tips so far, like disabling your voice chat key binding or double-checking that your controller isn't disconnecting and reconnecting mid-match. However, your game logs may also help us understand why these random stutters happen.
If you can, could you please DM me your game logs? You can find them in the directory:
