Starting May 24, all of your favorite Premium DLC items that were purchased prior to the launch of Free To Play will be cross-platform in Rocket League!

Whether you’re aiming for 88-mph goals with the DeLorean Time Machine from Back To The Future, or it’s all about family and the Fast & Furious cars, players on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox will be able to use Premium DLC Packs that were purchased prior to the launch of Free To Play across platforms.

Accessing licensed content across platforms requires two steps:

You will need to {LINK REMOVED}link your different platform accounts if you haven’t done so already. If your accounts are already linked, you can skip this step.

Seems to affect 1-2 players per team randomly and never fixes itself (I stayed a whole game). Sorry for being salty to y’all I know it’s not your fault but it just happens so often on updates...

I also know it happens on PC (guy I was playing with had it happen, I think he does have balked mod but not 100%)

Thanks! We were able to reproduce the issue internally and are now investigating how to address it.

We're always going to push updates 1) off global peak, and 2) at hours that make sense for the teams at the studio that support the updates. We give 24 hours notice for updates on our social accounts, which is typically pinned by a mod on here.

Here is a fun YouTube channel to watch while you hop off and download the update next time.
