support is the way to go for this. They have more options than I do in terms of granting an item back to an account.

It's not necessarily that one hitbox is better than the other, though you'll see folks mention that they like dominus for its lower profile, it's more about how well a particular hitbox is expressed through a particular car body.
Painted Samurai has the same issue with all default decals (Flames, Stripe etc), but not limited or universal decals FYI. I tried raising a bug through your support desk but they weren't interested. Here's a link showing the fault: https://imgur.com/a/szrrmdn
Fix it, don't fix it. Whatever. I just thought that a) you should know about it, and b) know your support team aren't passing on issues.

The Ford F-150 customization issue since the update is a bug, however, the Hot Wheels cars and Ice Charger should still be cuztomizable.
If this is an issue for you, and you don't have any filters set (thus preventing items from appearing), please provide screenshots or any other information that would help us look into this issue.
